DOMESTIC MARKET HIGHLIGHTS

The market on frozen 8-16 lb. hens and 16-24 lb. toms is steady to firm with hens 
strongest.  Demand light to moderate.  Fresh inquiry for November shipments light to 
moderate.  Processor offerings of 2019 frozen Grade A 8-16 lb. hens and 16-24 lb. 
toms very light to light.  Frozen 2019 Grade A basted equivalent processor offering 
prices on a national basis for 8-16 lb. hens are 94.00-102.00 cents FOB and 16-24 lb. 
toms 94.00-102.00 cents FOB for current deliveries.  Frozen trading slow on frozen 
basted equivalent 8-16 lb. hens and 16-24 lb. toms at 105 cents FOB for December 
deliveries. 

The market on tenderloins and fresh tom breast meat is steady with some spot weakness 
reported on frozen tenderloins, frozen tom breast meat steady with mixed undertones.  
The market on white trims is steady with a steady to firm undertone.  Offerings of 
white meat and white trims light to moderate.  The market on 4-8 lb. breasts is 
generally steady with mixed undertones.  Demand light.  Offerings mixed, mostly 
moderate.  The market on institutional sized bone-in breasts is steady to firm.  
Demand moderate to good.  Offerings very light to light.  The market on tom bulk 
parts is steady to firm, mostly steady with tom drums strongest.  Demand light to 
generally moderate with tom drums the most active.  Offerings very light to moderate 
with tom drums the least available.  The thigh meat market is steady, instances firm.  
Demand mostly moderate.  Offerings light to moderate.  The mechanically separated 
turkey market (MST) is steady, instances firm.  Demand moderate to good for edible 
and pet food.  Offerings light to moderate.  Trading slow centering on fresh MST.
